SWEET CORN CAKE (TORTA DE CHOCLO DULCE)

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of Sweet Corn Mix P.A.N.
- ¾ cup butter at room temperature
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 5 eggs
- 1 Cup of young corn (corn) in grains
- 2 ½ cups of milk
- ¼ cup of rum
- 1 ½ cups of grated white cheese

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180 ˚C. Grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle Precooked Yellow Cornmeal P.A.N.
In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Then, add the eggs one by one.
In a blender, process the P.A.N. Sweet Corn Mix, corn, milk, and rum. Add to the previous mixture along with the cheese.
Pour the preparation into the mold and bake for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.
